We want you to be happy with your Magic Masterminds experience, and we pledge to work with you in order to assure that you are. If at any time you wish to cancel your order with us, we will be happy to assist you in doing so and if possible return any undisbursed funds to you.
1. HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
Answer: If need or want to cancel your order and request a refund for any applicable funds, you should do so directly with the customer service representative who has been assisting you.before we start working on your order. They will be your advocate and personally guide you through the process.
2. HOW WILL MAGIC MASTERMINDS LLC. ISSUE A REFUND?
Answer: Magic Masterminds LLC. can issue a refund via company check or by placing a credit on your account with us for no cost. Refunds requested via credit card or PayPal may be subject to a processing fee.
3. WHAT ARE UNDISBURSED FUNDS?
Answer: Undisbursed funds are that portion of your order which has not been paid to a third party, or has not yet been earned. We use 3rd parties during the normal course of business to help keep your costs low. For the most part, Magic Masterminds LLC provides a service, as opposed to selling tangible goods. Typically, a portion of the funds which are collected at the time of your order are disbursed to a 3rd party based instructions we receive (your order). For example, when processing your request a portion of your fees may go to a provider and therefore are not subject to refund.
4. WILL I NEED TO RETURN DOCUMENTATION?
Answer: If you have already received any documentation then you are not subject to a refund
5. ARE WEBSITE FEES REFUNDABLE?
Answer: Websites involve specific cost and the fees are not refundable, when a website is cancelled we will download it but the cost of building it are not refundable.
6. WILL MAGIC MASTERMINDS LLC. REFUND ANY SERVICE FEES?
Answer: Only those orders that are cancelled before the services have started can be subject to a full refund.
7. WHAT IF MAGIC MASTERMINDS LLC. MAKES A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER?
Answer: If we have made a mistake, we will work with you to make it right. If we are unable to resolve it, we will refund the money you have paid to us in full.
